Effective date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Solo Barman mobile application and its support website (together, the “Service”) process information. The Service is provided by Oleksandr Kucherenko (“Service Provider”).
Information processed by the Service
Depending on the features you use, the Service may process:
- Account information: email address, a securely hashed password, account and email-verification status, and account timestamps.
- Session and security information: refresh-session records, token hashes, expiration and revocation timestamps, IP address, user agent, and security events used to protect accounts.
- Profile and synchronization information: display name, preferred language, favorite cocktail identifiers, and user-created collections.
- Support information: the name, email address, language, and message that you voluntarily submit through the support form.
- Technical request information: request identifiers, IP address, timestamps, and limited server logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Support message text and email addresses are not written to application logs, and neither are Turnstile response tokens.
Cocktail data, favorites, and collections may remain only on your device when you do not use an account or synchronization feature. The current application does not request precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access and does not include an advertising or third-party analytics SDK.
How information is used
The Service Provider processes information to:
- create and protect accounts and authenticated sessions;
- synchronize profiles, favorites, and collections when requested;
- respond to support and privacy enquiries;
- detect abuse, investigate failures, and maintain service security;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
Service providers
Limited information is shared with processors only when necessary to provide the Service:
- Cloudflare Turnstile receives technical request and browser-integrity signals needed to determine whether a support-form submission is legitimate and to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy and terms apply to that processing.
- Resend processes the sender name, email address, language, and message in order to deliver support email.
- Hosting, database, cache, backup, and network providers process technical and account information only as needed to operate the backend.
Turnstile is validated by the Service Provider’s server for the expected support-site hostname and the
support_contact action. A response token expires after five minutes, can be accepted only once,
and is used only to validate the associated support-form submission.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Account and synchronized data are retained while an account is active and for the period reasonably necessary to complete deletion, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Expired sessions and challenges are removed according to operational retention procedures. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and keep an appropriate record of the communication.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by contacting the Service Provider. Some records may be retained when required for security or legal compliance.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so it can be removed.
Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
