Effective date: July 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Solo Barman mobile application and related online services (the “Service”) provided by Oleksandr Kucherenko (“Service Provider”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use automated means to abuse support or account features.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Please notify the Service Provider if you believe your account has been compromised.
Content and cocktail information
Cocktail recipes and related information are provided for general informational purposes. Ingredients, measurements, alcohol content, and allergy information should be independently verified. You are responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions and consuming alcohol responsibly.
Accounts and synchronized data
Some features may require an account. The Service may synchronize profile settings, favorites, and collections. You may request account deletion, subject to reasonable security verification and records that must be kept by law.
Intellectual property
The application, design, software, branding, and original Service content remain the property of the Service Provider or applicable licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, redistribution, or creation of derivative versions is prohibited except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and third-party services
The Service depends on internet connectivity, device platforms, hosting, and third-party providers. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and is not responsible for mobile-data, roaming, or other charges from your network provider.
Updates
You may need to install application updates to continue using the Service. Operating-system or store requirements may change, and compatibility with every device or system version cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss resulting from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated when the Service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Access may be suspended or terminated for material misuse of the Service.
